It’s so touching how a few moments of stillness can help us feel so wonderfully peaceful, inspired, and focused.

Awaken your soul dream this weekend in a live yoga nidra class! I'm teaching yoga nidra on zoom this Sunday afternoon at 4pm PST. The practice is one hour, and you'll be entering a truly blissful state of relaxation. Yoga nidra can be described as a serene form of meditation. You will be listening to my voice as I guide you softly through the practice. Keeping our auditory sensory channels open is a powerful component of yoga nidra - this way we are prevented from falling asleep, and we are now creating an illuminating environment for the sushumna nadi to get activated - this is also the channel through which Kundalini rises.
