Many of you have asked for recorded meditation, dream and yoga workshops and classes over the years. It’s now unfolding! Dream Flow Yoga has launched on Teachable, with an abundance of courses and workshops in the making.

If you are looking for a peaceful meditation class, come and enjoy the new course: Yoga Nidra. In Sanskrit Yoga nidra means Aware Sleep. Yoga nidra is the art of deep relaxation in a state of high awareness.

  • There are many components of a yoga nidra class. In this course you will:
  • Learn how to develop your own yoga nidra practice with specialized techniques
  • Learn how to create powerful sankalpas
  • Learn how yoga nidra relates to the five koshas, the subtle bodies
  • Learn how to practice nadi shodhana, a balancing pranayama meditation technique
  • Experience the bliss of yoga nidra with a recording of a full yoga nidra class along with a nadi shodhana meditation and a shorter yoga nidra class

Yoga is so much more than the physical practice we may be accustomed to in the West. Yoga means union on a higher level. Traditional yoga teachings comprise eight limbs of yoga. The part of physical asanas is only on of the eight limbs. In Dream Flow Yoga, we invite teachings from all limbs of yoga.

The asanas of yoga open up the energy flow, and have physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Yoga asanas help prepare us for even deeper meditation experiences, and ultimately help prepare us on our path towards Samadhi, the ultimate blissful state of spiritual, connected consciousness.

How does dream work relate to Yoga?

Dream work helps us observe and practice the first two limbs of yoga, the Yamas and Niyamas. These steps become easier to master when we awaken each morning with a compassionate soul connection. Ultimately dreams help us reach even more advanced levels on the eight limbs of yoga, by lovingly preparing us for higher spiritual states.
